Tennessee thrives because of low taxes, limited regulation, and strong fiscal discipline. Jack is committed to keeping our state one of the lowest-taxed in the nation by cutting government waste and stopping unnecessary regulations that burden families and businesses.

He and his wife were proud “horn honkers” during the fight against a state income tax, and he has never wavered in his opposition. That’s why he co-sponsored the resolution to amend Tennessee’s constitution, making a state income tax unconstitutional in our state.

When Republicans took control of the General Assembly in 2012, he helped put these conservative, pro-business policies into action.
